MAYRA PÉREZ
Mayra was born in Ecuador and moved to Miami in 1998, where she obtained her major in Finance at Florida International University – School of Business. She comes with a diverse background in the banking, construction and real estate field. After years of experience in the South Florida real estate market, working with Miami developers and managing her own company for residential upgrades and installations, she decided to pursue her real passion enrolling at different interior design courses in London and Spain. Mayra also attended various CAD (Computer Aid Design) courses in Spain, becoming proficient in CAD software such as Revit, Sketchup and Lumion.
Mayra’s designs get executed with a team of highly skilled craftsmen, architects, approved general contractors, lighting designers, and project managers based on the project requirements.
